I bring a distinctive combination of teaching, chaplaincy, crisis-support experience, and practical communication skills to organizational training.
Drawing on nearly 30 years of ministry, teaching, and grief-support experience, I have worked with individuals, families, and organizations navigating some of life’s most difficult circumstances.
My experience as a chaplain has given me firsthand insight into what happens when people face unexpected loss, tragedy, and crisis—and how important thoughtful preparation can be.
I am the creator of the GRIEVE Method, the HELP Method, and Grief-Ready Teams, an approach to helping organizations prepare for workplace loss before it happens.
My training emphasizes compassionate communication, practical application, and the importance of responding to people as people.
