I’m Bradley Vinson, and I personally lead the training and consulting services I provide. My approach combines practical instruction, real-world experience, and meaningful discussion to help participants respond with greater confidence.

My Grief-Ready Teams workshops help HR professionals, managers, and organizational leaders respond to employee loss, support grieving coworkers, coordinate organizational responses, and prepare leadership before a crisis occurs.

Training focused on recognizing warning signs, having supportive conversations, encouraging early intervention, and connecting individuals with appropriate resources.
